Design Support

Full Service Interior Design is for clients who want a complete, guided design experience from concept to completion. Unlike retail design services that exist to sell you their products, I work independently — with no markup, no sales agenda, and the freedom to source from anywhere. My only priority is creating a soulful, eclectic home that feels unmistakably yours. Full Service Design is custom priced per project based on the scope of work and is typically structured as a retainer in addition to billable design hours.

Includes:

• Visualize: lifelike 3D models of your rooms so you can clearly see the direction before decisions are finalized.

• Design: moodboards, floorplans, furniture layouts, material selections, finishes, fixtures, and curated pieces.

• Order: purchasing support, return coordination, and access to trade discounts where available.

• Install: your contractors complete the work, while I help guide the design direction, details, and final vision.

Price: $3,850 retainer for 12 hours of time. Additional time is billed at $150/hour.

For clients furnishing, refreshing, or updating a home, room, or specific area who know the general style they want, but need help finding the right pieces.

I source up to 4 options per approved item category, provide product links and basic details, assist with ordering using the client’s payment method, and pass along any available trade discount directly to the client. Trade discounts very from 15%-35% saving clients typically up to $3,000 or more.

Best for:

Furniture, rugs, lighting, art, mirrors, wallpaper, decor, counter stools, dining pieces, beds, nightstands, and accessories.

Includes:

• Curated product options

• Up to 4 options per approved item category

• Product links, pricing, and basic dimensions

• Ordering support

• Trade discount passed to client where available

Does not include:

Design advice, layout plans, moodboards, renderings, staging, styling, installation, or project management.

Price: $2,750 retainer for 12 hours of time. Additional time is billed at $150/hour.

For clients working with a contractor, builder, or remodel team who need help selecting finishes for a specific space. I help select visible finishes such as flooring, tile, grout, wallpaper, lighting, plumbing finishes, mirrors, cabinet hardware, countertops, and paint colors. Final selections are provided in a simple spec-book format with links and notes that can be shared with your contractor.

Best for:

Bathrooms, powder baths, kitchens, laundry rooms, mudrooms, fireplace updates, new builds, and smaller remodel projects.

Includes:

• Finish selections for a defined space

• Product links and basic specifications

• Simple spec-book style presentation

• Basic finish coordination

Does not include:

Layout plans, elevation drawings, construction drawings, renderings, contractor management, site supervision, installation oversight, or full remodel design.

Price: $2,750 retainer for 12 hours of time. Additional time is billed at $150/hour.

For clients who need help choosing fabrics or textiles for a specific furniture piece, window treatment, or custom detail. I curate fabric and textile options, assist with sample ordering, and provide direction for the specific piece being updated. Where available, I can help purchase fabric through trade accounts and pass the trade discount directly to the client.

The client works directly with their upholsterer, workroom, installer, or vendor for measuring, fabrication, labor, and installation.

Best for:

Chairs, sofas, benches, ottomans, pillows, drapery, roman shades, blinds, cushions, and custom upholstery pieces.

Includes:

• Curated fabric and textile options

• Sample ordering support

• Fabric pricing where available

• Trade discount passed to client where applicable

• Basic notes for the upholsterer or workroom

Does not include:

Furniture design, room design, measuring, fabrication, installation, upholstery labor, workroom management, moodboards, renderings, staging, or project management.
