Design Consultation, Interior Photography & Residential Design

My refund policy is simple and straightforward. It’s divided into two sections:

Virtual Design Services

I offer two virtual interior design services that can be booked on my website. These are The Make-over and The Works interior design packages. These two offerings are digital and virtual in nature, and there is no physical product being sold to you. The only digital product exchange is in the form of a Mood-board, 3D Rendering, and Shopping List. Once you book these virtual interior design services, I get to work. Since you cannot return a virtual digital item, there is, therefore, no refund. I intend to work with you to assure your satisfaction with the project. Since we’ll be doing a lot of talking on video conferencing, and email, you have a 1:1 experience with me.

Consultation Services

I offer the following virtual consultation & design services that can be booked through a calendar scheduling app only. These services are my Design Consultation package, my Interior Photography package, and my Residential Interior Design Package. To purchase any of these offerings requires you to first schedule an appointment, then provide payment. These services are tied to a date and you can cancel or reschedule them. This can easily be done through the confirmation email you receipt which contains a link to cancel or reschedule. When you cancel or reschedule, you’ll receive a follow-up email to confirm cancellation or rescheduling. If you cancel your appointment within 72-hours prior to the date you booked, I will issue a full refund. I cannot issue any refund thereafter, as you are just one of many clients booked through each week. If you are a no-show to our appointment schedule, you’ll forfeit the fee.
