The Dining Room Feature Wall

Arizona Boho Interior Design Ideas

A 15-year-old townhome with excellent ceiling height, tons of light, and open plan living needed definite separation between the living and dining areas. Though this is easily achieved through furniture layout, it still required a loud visual barrier that I chose to create through a delicious Corriander Olive green wall. The eclectic furnishings range from a mix of Midcentury Modern, Boho, and Transitional, making an easy play with mixed textures and color tones. The white oak wood floors beautifully offset everything. Choosing to create a 12-foot high feature wall, mentally sectioned the dining space with a loud pop of color.

A sideboard was the perfect anchor underneath a massive oversized mirror joined by an arched brushed gold floor lamp. The location of this townhome has stunning high-desert views, and it made a lot of sense to bring in some dead (bug-free) Juniper branches to bring that Pacific Northwest vibe inside.
