This light, bright, and visually exciting office space interior design project, with its tropical-inspired theme, works beautifully with a nod to Mid Century Modern design. Overlooking the ocean, this space becomes a fitting spot to dive into decorating for the beach without cliche beach decor or art. The beautiful tropical-inspired wallpaper lines all four walls and contrasts the striking white ceiling and wood floor.

With rich wood texture in the curated furniture offset by the brass light fixture, all the colors from the wallpaper culminate into visual splendor. Though the wallpaper is visually loud, the space becomes even more compelling with strong, oversized black/white art. I went with sheer white curtains bracketed by dark velvet drapes to frame that beautiful ocean view. There is plenty of light from the ceiling light fixture and desk lamp, but adding the glass wall sconces to provide a focal point above the wood sideboard makes things even more beautiful. A light rug floated the furniture, which felt too bare, therefor a dark gray rug became the proper foundation.
