Nursery Interior Design - Virtual Interior Design

This modern nursery interior design project went for a clean, refined simplicity. Instead of just having a black feature wall, I decided to repeat the black color on the ceiling, creating an immediate visual guideline as soon as you enter the room. This makes all the furniture pop! The natural sunlight and three white walls provided ample light to play with a mixture of dark and light wood furniture, repeated throughout the space. The only contrasting element I used was the nautical blue striped teepee which gives a nice shift in the otherwise monochromatic space.

I chose the Discoco ceiling light for its fun design elements and childlike feel creating an immediate visual focal point when entering the room. The teak rocking chair, pouf, floor lamp, and rope side stool serve as the sweet spot for spending time with the little one. I used vintage animal prints and a 3D deer bust puzzle for art decor. All within the same color tones. All-in-all a fun, cozy nursery interior design.
